Role Summary:
You’ll ensure products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements at every stage — from raw material receipt to final dispatch. You’ll protect our brand by embedding quality into operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods.
- Implement and monitor quality systems (ISO/industry standards) and documentation.
- Record, analyze, and report defects; drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Work with production to solve quality issues and promote best practices.
- Prepare quality reports — rejection rates, audit results, compliance metrics.
- Coordinate internal audits and support external certification/regulatory audits.
- Train staff on quality awareness, tracking tools, and inspection practices.
- Ensure calibration of measuring/testing equipment and maintain calibration records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Science/Engineering (QC/QA focus preferred) or related discipline.
- 2–5 years of QA experience in manufacturing (flooring/lignocellulosic/plastics preferred).
- Working knowledge of quality standards (ISO 9001 or similar).

Role Summary:
You’ll coordinate and oversee daily production operations to ensure products are manufactured safely, on time, and to our quality standards. This role blends hands-on supervision with continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise production processes to meet output targets, schedule, and quality standards.
- Assign tasks, monitor team performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.
- Monitor machine operations, identify bottlenecks, and coordinate with maintenance for timely repairs.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate production staff; support skill development and performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate production reports — output, downtime, wastage, and resource usage.
- Implement continuous improvement ideas to boost productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure workplace safety, compliance with industry regulations, and housekeeping standards.
- Collaborate with planning, logistics, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Graduation in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–5+ years in manufacturing environment, preferably in PVC/WPC/SPC or related industries.
- Proven experience supervising shop-floor teams.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and process optimization.

Education

- First Class (60% and above) in 10th & 12th grade is mandatory.
Experience:
- Preferred: 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and distribution (Preferably in building material).
- Candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience may also be considered.
- For candidates with 3+ years of experience, higher responsibilities may be assigned.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Good analytical and numerical ability for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory for market visits.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the local language, along with Hindi and English
- Strong relationship-building ability to maintain and expand dealer and distributor networks.
